The best way to start your day. How I start my Morning or how I want to start my Morning ?

Our first step towards our goal decides whether we will achieve it or not. If we take our first step in right direction so the probability of we achieve our goal will be high.

Similarly if we want our day to be beautiful, creative and productive for that we have to start our day in right direction that’s mean we have to start our morning in the proper,organised and balanced way.

So if we’re able to start our morning in a way we should, then definitely our day, our each day will be beautiful, fruitful, creative, productive and structured. If our each day will be beautiful, fruitful, creative and structured so we can achieve anything in our life whatever we want to achieve.

Take excellent care of the front end of your day, and the rest of your day will pretty much take care of itself. Own your morning. Elevate your life.

So after reading these beautiful lines by Robin Sharma now let’s start the topic how should we start our morning. Whatever is written here is not the universal rule about how we should start our morning I am just writing or sharing here whatever I learned whatever I think or what I want for me about how we should start our morning.

The foundation of energetic and fresh morning is definitely lies in a good sleep.But we will not talk about it here. At whatever time we get up in the morning it may be 5 o’clock it may be 6 o’clock it may be seven o’clock or it’s maybe eight o’clock whatever it feels good and comfortable we must dedicate or we must allocate a specific time for some important tasks in the morning.

Why we are human why we are different from other creatures ? Because we think about future, we think about our long-term future, we prepare for future, most of the time most of the things we are doing in present, are for future. Each of us want the future better than present. We all are busy in making money, we all are busy in accumulating wealth for our better future. Do we ever think if even we successfully accumulate a huge amount of wealth for future, who knows will we be able to enjoy this wealth with our family and friends, will we be able to go wherever we want, will be able to do or able to eat whatever we want. OK that is secondary things, the primary thing is, do we able to achieve the goal or accumulate the wealth we desired with a unhealthy body and a unhealthy mind? I think never !

So to keep our body fit and active and healthy we need not to do extraordinary things. We have to allocate at least 15 minutes everyday (15 minutes are sufficient if we are not able to give more and if we can’t give even only 15 minutes daily for our health then we should not expect the better future ). In these 15 minutes what we have to do, we can have exercises or we can have jumping or we can have running or whatever we can do that makes our heartbeat little faster than normal and breathing little deeper and louder (to hear) than normal. Thats all nothing else. Try this only for one month and you feel yourself whether to continue it further or not.

After we have completed the task for a healthy body, the next thing to allocate the five or 10 minutes to meditate. How to meditate? There are different ways of meditation but we will discuss here a simple and easy way of meditation which anybody can do in 5, 10 or 15 minutes. What we need to do is to sit on a peaceful and the dark place in a comfortable position with closed eyes and we have to take few (5 to 10) deep breaths in and out. After that make no effort to control the breath; simply breathe naturally, Focus your attention on the breath and on how the body and thoughts in our mind moves with each inhalation and exhalation. If we are able to do it on daily basis for 15 minute this will be sufficient.

Definitely there are a number of benifits of meditation (in the level of body and mind) that will be discussed later. I will just say only few words here It will Improve the quality of Life.

The best time to meditate is just after the physical exercise, running or whatever we have done for body, because it is easier to focus our attention on breathing and at that moment thoughts running in our mind are reduced.

The mind is just like a muscle – the more you exercise it, the stronger it gets and the more it can expand.

The next task is to use our mind to learn something new by reading a book to learn a new skill or to know more about successful people or any article related to our interest or do something by which our mental muscle gets more stronger.

If we are able to complete these three tasks (for body ,mind and soul) every Morning it gives a feel of satisfaction because we have done the most important task to keep our body, mind and soul fit/active, relaxed and peaceful respectively.

Be Happy, Healthy and Wealthy.
